July 14 – 22, 2012

July 14 – Jammin’ July Street Fair, 5 p.m. – 10 p.m., Historic Downtown The Dalles, East 2nd Street. Four bands, kids’ games, vendors, food and lots of family fun.

July 17 – Fort Dalles Days Rodeo Kick-off Party, Wed., July 17, 6-8 p.m., C.H. Urness Motor Co., 500 Cherry Heights Rd., The Dalles.

July 18 – Fort Dalles Rodeo Slack – Wed. July 18, starts 6 p.m.

July 19-21 – Fort Dalles “Rough & Wild” NPRA Pro Rodeo, July 19 – 21, Milt Tumilson Arena, River Rd. 7:30 p.m., Following the rodeo, dance to live music by “Unwound” on Friday and Saturday nights.

July 21 – Fort Dalles Days 3K, 5K, 10K Run/Walk, registration starts 6:45 a.m.; start time 7:30 a.m. Riverfront Park off I-84, exit 85. West from Riverfront Park, along Riverfront Trail, paved trail.

July 21 – Cowboy Breakfast, 8 a.m. – 10 p.m., Mid-Columbia Senior Center, 1112 W. 9th St., Hardy breakfast to start your morning off right!

July 21 – Fort Dalles Days parade, 10 a.m. – 12 noon. Parade begins at W. 6th & Webber streets and goes through historic downtown The Dalles.
