The Reason I want tbe the 2013 Fort Dalles Rodeo Queen is because  I love the sport  of   rodeo. It is a family tradition for many families. I want to be able to educate people not only on the sport of rodeo but also about The Dalles and surrounding areas. The Gorge has so much to offer to tourist. A lot of people don’t understand what you can learn from rodeo and competitors. Family values is a high one on the list, along with responsibility, sportsmanship, and how to train and care for animals. I am the type of person that loves to educate someone because I don’t want rodeo to have a bad reputation or even to die off.
